Prime Minister Kassim Majaliwa departed Tanzania today, May 22, 2025, to represent Her Excellency President Dr. Samia Suluhu Hassan at the prestigious World Expo 2025 in Osaka, Japan.
The Expo, which officially opened on April 13 and runs until October 13, 2025, is a global platform for innovation, cultural exchange, and international cooperation. This marks the second time Osaka has hosted the World Expo, the first being in 1970.
